Time-honoured St Henri is an alternative expression of Shiraz. Rich and deep, the nose is driven by plums, dark berries, earth and pepper. The palate is elegant yet rich with fresh black fruit, anise spice, black pepper and earthy mineral notes. Unusual among high quality Australian red wines, it does not rely on any new oak. It pairs with BBQ pork ribs and also with spicy beef rendang.
