SICOLY® frozen pumpkin purée without added sugar is made from pumpkins picked at maturity. The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular produce to preserve their organoleptic qualities (taste, colour, texture, etc) and offer frozen purées and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh produce. Fruits are processed in our own production facilities in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny. The recipe is with no added sugar ( only the ones naturally contained in the pumpkin) to allow our clients to use the purée for both sweet and savoury preparations. It also allows to adjust the level of sweetness for healthy yet delicious recipes.
