The avocados are ripened to firmness and adequate taste. Then they are peeled and cut by hand. The cubes obtained are passed through an antioxidant bath (citric acid/ascorbic acid), then IQF frozen before being packaged. Guaranteed non-GMO and non-ionized vegetable.
