Description Hake Fish Fillets. This New Zealand hake is a deep-sea member of the cod family and has a mild and subtle flavour. It is an excellent all-round fish because of its firm, sweet, white meat and medium flakes. This product is coming from one of the top sustainable fisheries in the world.
