Description Mild in flavour with a hint of sweetness, this long, thin squash is extremely versatile and can be eaten raw or cooked in both sweet and savoury recipes. They can even be used in baked breads or sliced thin to be used as an alternative to noodles. Sold individually, approx 300-400g. Sourced from Malaysia, they are of the highest quality and are produced without the use of any harmful pesticides. Packaging: This product comes in a biodegradable paper bag.
