Description Ling White Fish. Wild caught by longline, this fish has a mild flavour with white, firm flesh. Wild caught throughout New Zealand to depths of 750m, mainly by longline. Note: While our supplier has tried to remove all bones, please be careful just in case they've missed one. Raw ling fillet skinless, boneless. 350g per pack. Frozen. Serving Suggestion Ling has a mild flavour with white, firm flesh which holds its shape when cooked. Ling has a wide range of uses from smoking to sashimi.
