Sake : Narai d.
$145.52

Description While its aroma evokes the fresh, floral notes of Japanese pear, the taste of this sake is delightfully light, akin to the softness of Ourin apples. Its gentle aftertaste maintains this lightness, offering a refreshing and balanced experience. This sake pairs excellently with a light white fish carpaccio, accentuating its delicate flavours. Additionally, serving it slightly lukewarm enhances its compatibility with grilled trout, especially when accompanied by a ginger apple sauce. Made using Sankei Nishiki 48% Rice Milling Ratio) , a locally loved sake rice variety in Nagano belonging to the lineage of Miyama Nishiki. Only registered in 2020, it is still a relatively young variety, and its name translates to “blessing from the mountains.” Experience Narai by Suginomori, meticulously crafted in one of Japan's highest revived historic breweries, established in 1793 and nestled at 940m. Each batch is carefully overseen by Master Brewer Masayuki Irie. Our secret lies in the pristine mountain water, sourced from over 1,000m and originating near the convergence of the Shinano and Kiso Rivers. Embracing sustainability, they employ "shiki-jozo" - four-season brewing, ensuring consistent quality year-round.  Alcohol Content : 14% 720ml Storage Suggestion Keep refrigerated (5 -10°C) and store vertically in a cool, dark place.
